Data we process
Omnia creates a random user identifier and stores the selected language, time zone, and app settings. Personalized services may process birth date and time, city and coordinates, name, selected options, free-form text, palm or other photos, and generated results. Apple product and transaction identifiers are stored for purchases. The server also keeps limited technical logs, error information, and AI usage totals.
For Mian Xiang services, three standardized face photos per participant are processed temporarily and deleted after the requested analysis. Omnia does not retain facial coordinates or biometric templates, use the photos for identity recognition or third-party model training, or reuse them for profiling. The person submitting a compatibility request must have the other participant’s explicit permission.
Why we use it
Data is used to operate and improve the app: perform calculations, generate and retain a requested result, verify purchases, understand usage, prevent abuse, provide support, and fix errors.
Service providers
Apple processes payments. OpenAI API receives the material needed for the selected service to generate or moderate a result. OVHcloud hosts the server. An operational Telegram bot receives only the service name, internal user number, model, token counts, estimated cost, and purchase environment; report text and photos are not sent to the bot. These providers process data under their own terms. OpenAI API data is not used to train models by default.
Usage analytics and diagnostics
Omnia uses Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring to understand app usage and improve reliability and speed. Analytics and Crashlytics receive a pseudonymous ID derived from the app's random user UUID (not the UUID itself). Analytics records fixed IDs for screens, controls, services and report sections, purchase events, and ranges for reading time and scroll depth. Firebase also uses its own app-installation ID and processes technical data about devices, crashes, app launch and network response times; network data may indicate an approximate region. We do not put field values, questions, photos or report text in analytics events. Google processes this information for analytics and diagnostics; retention follows the settings of the respective Firebase services. Omnia does not sell personal data, display advertising, or use cross-service advertising tracking.
Retention and deletion
Data and results are kept as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Resetting a result removes the user-accessible result, but purchase and security records may remain. To request deletion of server data linked to your app identifier, email omnia.org.kz@gmail.com. Deleting the app alone does not delete server records.
Security and rights
We use HTTPS, access controls, and least-privilege practices, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, or deletion and object to certain processing.
Do not submit another person’s data without permission. Omnia is not intended for children below the age allowed by the App Store and applicable law.
This policy may be updated with the app. Material changes will be shown by a new update date.
